The Ness Icon is an affordable folding electric bike which offers a powerful rear hub motor, 5 levels of Pedal Assist (PAS), a Class 2 Thumb Throttle, and a 6-Speed Shimano drivetrain.
The Ness has a deep step-thru frame design called a “wave” and is offered in a wide range of vibrant color. With its adjustable seat height and telescoping stem, the Ness is suitable for riders up to 6’-2” in height. It comes with sturdy magnesium alloy wheels, which do not require truing and are therefore easier to maintain than an ebike with spoked wheels.
There are many drive system configurations in the world of ebikes, and the Icon is one of our favorites. You can pedal with five levels of assist (PAS) using the LED control panel next to the left grip. Or you can fully engage the rear hub motor with a twist of the Class 2 throttle, which is integrated with the right side grip.
The 7-speed Shimano Tourney drivetrain comes with a large thumb shifter, which is easy to operate and works well with gloved hands. The rustproof chain is kept on track by a plastic guide on the large chainring. The derailleur guard will could come in handy when your Icon ebike is folded up and stored in the trunk of a car, boat, or private aircraft.
The Icon electric bike uses a white frame color because it is more visible to cars in low-light conditions. The Icon comes with fenders and a rear rack setup, which makes it a great choice if you plan on commuting, transporting groceries, or live in an area with inclement weather.The Icon is the “wave” or deep step-through model, which is offered in addition to the more traditional mid-step from of the Ness Rua. Also, unlike the Rua, the Icon has cables threaded through the frame for a clean design.
One of the great features of the Icon is its cast magnesium alloy wheels, which do not require adjustment like the more traditional steel spokes. Of course, the magnesium wheels will also give the Icon a more rigid ride compared to spokes, which actually means a better conservation of power.
And the Icon is actually not very heavy (51 lbs) when compared to other folders in this class.

As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. The email include the details of the order, and is your record that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we contact our suppliers to confirm that the selected items are in stock and available for immediate shipment.
Some suppliers, such as Prodecotech and Fifield, build to order, so upon notification that an order has been received, they will assemble the bike and then ship it, usually 7-10 days. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you by email or phone, and see if you want to cancel the order and change it for a different item or items. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within five (5) business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five (5) business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided at checkout.

All products are shipped via UPS or FedEx, and require signature for delivery. If the package arrives damaged, do not accept it. Ask the driver retain possession of the package and contact us immediately.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. DO NOT ACCEPT SIGN FOR AND ACCEPT SHIPMENT ON CLEARLY DAMAGED ITEMS. If you notice any damage to the box in which the item(s) are shipped, you should let the delivery person know and take photographs of the damaged areas, you should make note of it when opening the package to conduct inspection. If you item(s) do arrived damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY. Call Really Good Ebikes immediately, and please send photos firstname.lastname@example.org.
ALL warranty communication is between the customer and the manufacturer for genuine issues of workmanship or defect within the warranty period, and the supplier will repair or exchange AT THEIR DISCRETION. If the customer has not opened/used the item, and it can still be sold as new, the item is to be returned to the supplier and Really Goods LLC will refund them once the supplier determines the salability of the item.
Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final. At the discretion of Seller, orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a 38% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the Buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

You must be with your bicycle when the roadside assistance service provider arrives.
A tow truck will be dispatched and should arrive to you within an hour (usually less).
If you call the dispatcher and they cannot dispatch service through their network, the representative will give you an authorization number. You may then call any service provider and pay them directly for services rendered.
