No we have added our phone number to every single product page - so if you have a question, call us. We're standing by and looking forward to your call. No voicemail. No email. I know everyone claims to have the best customer service, but you really do. I spent weeks trying to get information from various online ebike retailers, and you are the only one who consistently responded to chat, phone and email questions. I believe you spent over an hour with me, helping me figure out which ebike would best meet my needs. Thanks so much for your help. We are very pleased, and will definitely be sending our friends your way. Thanks Steve.
