The following are the warranties offered by each of the brands we carry. As the #1 online retailer for these brands, Really Good Ebikes promises its customers the highly level of manufacturer warranty support. What does that mean exactly?

If you have a problem with your new ebike, you contact us first. You are our customer, and we are on the front line when it comes to dealing with any problems that arise. We will then work with you to diagnose and understand the issue, before contacting the manufacturer on your behalf.

In some cases, the quickest way to resolve an issue is to take your bike to a local shop for an adjustment. Sometimes when a bike is delivered by UPS or FedEx, it can get bumped around in shipping, resulting in a bent brake rotor or derailleur hanger. Making adjustments to fix these issues is easy to do, and if you do not feel comfortable doing this yourself, take it to a local bike shop, send us the receipt, and we will reimburse you for the cost.

In other cases, it might be necessary for the manufacturer to send a replacement part, such as a new controller or battery. Again, we will coordinate everything, and try to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible.

And if you want a 1-year extended warranty, we offer that too. You can add this to your cart at checkout, and we will cover everything for the year following the expiration of your manufacturer warranty.

With service centers all over Florida, you’re always close to a convenient location for you to get your eBike serviced. The warranty covers all manufacturer defects as well as issues resulting from normal wear and tear.

Bakcou Ebikes Warranty

Every eBike from BAKCOU comes with a one year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its frame, motor, display and battery.

Within the first 30 days of purchase this warranty includes shipping, labor and parts for the frame, motor, display, battery and 30% off all other components. After 30 days the warranty includes only the cost of parts on the frame, motor, display and battery, labor and shipping are the owner's responsibility.

This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the eBike from Bakcou and is not transferable.

This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accidents, or other improper use.

The one-year warranty on Bakcou lithium-ion batteries from the date of original purchase does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenanceor other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

If a component is deemed to be defective or damaged without user error or other improper use, Bakcou will assist in replacing that part. This includes any parts deemed to have been damaged in shipping. We will not replace any part deemed to be damaged by the user.

​In the case of a repair or parts replacement under warranty, we will work with the owner to find a local certified bicycle repair shop to make the necessary fix. Bakcou will also cover the associated repair labor fees, only if the scope of service is agreed upon prior to the fix. The owner may also return the unit to Bakcou to make the needed repairs, but will be responsible for shipping costs each way.

B.O.B Ebikes

A BOB E-bike is built to last and is known to be a super reliable bike. That’s why the team behind BOB is confident that once you start riding, you’ll love it. But we understand not everyone has the ability to test ride a BOB before deciding to buy.

To help ensure that your BOB is exactly the right bike for you, we’re happy to offer a 5-day no questions asked return policy on all bikes purchased through ride-bob.com.

For those that have not had the chance to test ride before ordering, the following conditions apply:

To initiate a return, please contact BOB directly. You’ll pay a one-time $98 fee on any bike return. Returns can only be made with the original packing materials, so hold onto all original BOB contents of the package. You are responsible for ensuring that the bike is safely packed and returned to BOB’s showroom in New Jersey. It must be received in new condition. We will need photos and video of the bike's condition, and the LCD screen with the bike powered on. We cannot accept returns on bikes with more than 5 miles on the odometer.

Our return policy is valid 5 days from the date of delivery. The bike must be in brand new condition for the return authorization to be approved.

For bicycles and accessories purchased at a BOB dealer (not at ride-bob.com), or any third party, our return policy is not available and returns are subject to the discretion of the dealer.

Once your order has been placed, any cancellation requests fall under the above return policy and will be subject to the $98 fee. Additionally, if the shipment details have been passed to our shipping carrier, you will also be liable for the return shipping cost. Address change requests are subject to a fee. Purchases from outside the 48 states (Hawaii, Alaska, International), cannot be returned and the customer is always responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes that are due within their own country. BOB is not responsible for any import costs associated with customs, duties and taxes from outside the USA. It is the buyer's responsibility to know the costs associated with importing a product into the country it is shipping to.

WE HAVE YOUR BACK - WARRANTY

Like any bike, a BOB bike will require regular service to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride through its lifetime. Whenever possible, we recommend taking your BOB to a professional bike shop (preferably a BOB dealer when possible) for service. Please be sure to review the owner’s manual for detailed safety and service instructions.

All BOB bikes and their components carry the following manufacturer warranty with the original owner:

- Frame – 1 year (or length of time selected at checkout).

- Battery – 1 year (or length of time selected at checkout) or 800 complete cycles (our battery is rated to deliver 80% of initial capacity after 800 complete charge/discharge cycles)

- Electronics – 1 year (or length of time selected at checkout).

- Components (excluding tires, tubes, brake pads, rotors, kickstands, cables & housing, pedals, cranks, forks, bottom brackets, headsets, seat clamps and grips) – 1 year (or length of time selected at checkout).

- The BOB Warranty is only valid in the United States but parts and support is still available worldwide to the original owner

NOTE: The battery warranty becomes void if the battery isn't maintained and stored according to our Battery Charging and Maintenance, and Long-Term Battery Storage procedures, as outlined in our FAQ page, and assembly and user manuals. Any battery failures that result from these procedures not being followed correctly, will not be eligible for remedy under the terms of the warranty.

All BOB products carry a 1 year manufacturer's warranty, unless another length of time is selected at checkout and unless otherwise mentioned above. This warranty is only applicable to the original owner of the bike and only to bikes bought through an authorized BOB dealer and that haven't been involved in an accident or modified from their original specifications.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

We cannot accept returns that have not been authorized by us.

After contacting BOB to request a return, we’ll send you instructions on how to properly re-pack the bike, and will need video and photographic proof of proper repacking before authorizing the return - damaged product returns will result in fees and left to the discretion of BOB Bikes.

All returned products must be unused and in their unopened, original packaging. We may elect not to accept or authorize the return of any products that have been used, altered or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts or components. Any unauthorized returns may be treated as unwarranted requests. Orders that are revised or canceled after they have been processed are subject to a fee. Returns of accessories will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

Once the product has been returned to us and has been ascertained to be complete (including the product box, with the unit in its original packing materials) and undamaged, your purchase price, less $98, will be refunded to you. We do not refund any shipping costs, and we may have to charge additional fees if your original real shipment costs were greater than our invoiced amount. Note that if the product is defective, we will offer to refund, repair or exchange (at BOB's discretion, per our warranty).

This guarantee is limited to one refund on one product per customer. No refunds will ever be given after 90 days from the original delivery date.

The manufacturer's warranty states that, for BOB BIKES, parts and components, if the product fails in normal use (with no "customer-induced failure" and no customer changes or modifications to the product) within the first 1 year of ownership, then we will refund or replace it (at our option) at no charge to you except for your cost of shipping it to us. Our warranty does not apply to bikes purchased for commercial use or from unauthorized third parties. International orders must pay shipping, handling, and any import or export related expenses for both directions of the shipment. For most U.S. orders, there are no shipping charges for the shipment of the replacement to the customer on warranted product, if ground shipping is selected.

Please contact BOB Customer Support to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions, and to determine if this warranty applies to your case.

Please note: We never warrant BOB products with electronic or mechanical components that have been modified or altered, or replaced with third-party parts, or products that show any signs of misuse.

Refund and replacement are your only remedies under our warranty.

Your only remedy under our warranty is the above mentioned refund (90 day satisfaction guarantee) or the replacement (1 year warranty) of your eligible BOB product. Neither this warranty nor any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall extend beyond the 1 year warranty period.

Under no circumstances shall BOB Bikes be liable for any special incidental, indirect or punitive damages or for any consequential damages, even if BOB Bikes knows or is informed that such damages are possible.

C3Strom Electric Bikes

The specific warranty covering your C3STROM bike is governed by the law of the state or country in which it was purchased. It applies only to bicycles purchased from C3STROM or authorized retailers.

If you believe your C3STROM bike has an issue covered by warranty, your first point of contact should be the place where you purchased your e-bike. The place of purchase will facilitate the claim with C3STROM on your behalf.

If you purchased directly from C3STROM, submit a warranty claim using this form. A member of our support team will reach out to you once your claim has been reviewed.1-year warranty for any C3STROM e-bikes you own.

WARRANTY TERMS

  • The ‘Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective lithium-ion battery (the “battery”), forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware (each labeled a “Covered Component”).
  • C3STROM-made frames from aluminum are covered by a C3STROM warranty for life.
  • Only the original owner of an e-bike purchased from C3STROM or an authorized retailer is covered by this ‘Limited Warranty. The ‘Warranty Period’ begins upon receipt of the e-bike. The ‘Warranty Period’ will expire one year after this date or upon the sale or transfer of the e-bike to another person. Under no circumstances shall the Limited Warranty apply to any subsequent owner.
  • Any material and/or workmanship issues are also covered by the warranty.

This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Replaceable parts that degrade from normal wear and tear (including without limitation: tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain, and spokes).
  • Any damage or defects to ‘Covered Components’ resulting from failure to follow instructions in the e-bike owner’s manual, accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of additional parts and/or accessories not originally intended/compatible with the e-bike as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, and improper follow-up maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear of any ‘Covered Component’.
  • C3STROMwill is not liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure, or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.
  • The Battery is not covered under the warranty if there is damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance, misuse, normal wear and tear, and water damage.

Shipping Damage

Shipping damage claims are extremely time sensitive. It is your responsibility to immediately inspect the e-bike for damage upon receipt. Damage to a ‘Covered Component’ during shipping is not covered by this Limited Warranty. However, C3STROM will replace such damaged ‘Covered Components’ if you:

  • Notify C3STROMof a Covered Component damaged in the shipping process within thirty (30) days of receipt of the e-bike
  • Provide C3STROMwith a dated picture of the damaged ‘Covered Component’
  • Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the e-bike
  • Note any immediately recognizable damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading prior to signing off on the shipment.

Q . I purchased my C3STROMsecondhand. Is my e-bike covered by warranty?

A . Sorry, no, the warranty coverage only extends to the original buyer.

Q . I crashed and damaged my bike and/or frame. Is warranty coverage available to me?

A . Sorry, crashes or accidents are not covered by the warranty policy. The warranty only covers defects in manufacturing, not damage from crashes.

Q . I forgot to charge the battery in winter. Is my e-bike covered by warranty?

A . Sorry, damage caused by improper maintenance is not covered by the warranty.

California Coastal Electric Bikes

STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY

Coastal Cruisers warrants every new Coastal Cruisers electric bicycle to be free from manufacturer defects in material and/or workmanship provided that the product is used in a standard and controlled manner, and maintained according to its owner’s manual.

This warranty is valid in the United States only and applies to the person or entity that originally purchased the product from Coastal Cruisers or its authorized dealers in the United States (not transferable to a subsequent purchaser). The warranty period commences upon the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer and photo/video evidence of the defect are required to receive the warranty support.

What is covered by this warranty?

Coastal Cruisers Bikes warrants every new product against defects in material and/or workmanship as follows:

Limited ONE (1) Year Components Warranty

Bicycle frame, suspension fork, stem, handlebar, headset, LCD display, seat post, saddle, brake levers, cables, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, chain, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, calipers, shifter, brake discs/rotors, brake/shifter cables, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, kickstand, grips, head and tail lights, rear rack, fenders, reflectors, and hardware. 

Warranty does not extend to any damage resulting in water related damage or any damage resulting from Purchaser exceeding the weight limit of 250 lbs. The weight limit includes both rider and any gear. Warranty does not extend to any wear and tear. 

Limited ONE (1) Year Lithium-Ion Battery

Lithium-Ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a ONE YEAR period from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance, misuse, normal wear or water damage.

Warranty does not extend to any damage resulting in water related damage or any damage resulting from Purchaser exceeding the weight limit of 250 lbs. The weight limit includes both rider and any gear. Warranty does not extend to any wear and tear. 

Limited 30 Days Full Replacement Warranty

If an Coastal Cruisers product is not working properly because of a major manufacturer defect within the first 30 days of original purchase, Coastal Cruisers Bike will repair or replace any defective product at its sole option and expense upon determining whether the damage, failure, or loss is due to a major manufacturer defect. Coastal Cruisers will first issue replacement parts for a reasonable number of tries (as determined by Coastal Cruisers). If the product does not function properly after the parts replacement attempts, Coastal Cruisers will send a full replacement bicycle or scooter upon receipt and inspection of the original product and replacement parts.

Coastal Cruisers reserves the right to charge 25% of the product price in case the original product is returned in a bad manner, with the insufficient protective material, not in accordance with the instructions provided by Coastal Cruisers, or shows signs of excessive use, neglect, dirt, dust. A full replacement product will be issued only after such fee is paid in full.

Limited 7 DAYS Shipping Damages Coverage

Coastal Cruisers will repair or replace the parts damaged during shipping at its sole option provided that such damage is documented on the bill of lading and reported to the dealer or Coastal Cruisers within the first 7 days after delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the box and the product at the time of delivery, take pictures of any damage and keep all packaging and paperwork until the damage claim process is complete.

What is NOT covered by this warranty?

Any product without presented proof of purchase from an authorized dealer AND photo/video evidence of the defect;

Any product purchased from an unauthorized dealer;

Any product with an expired warranty period;

Any product transferred to a subsequent purchaser or owner;

Normal wear and tear (scrapes, scratches, etc.);

Consumables (components that are subject to a short life and periodic replacement due to their functions including, but not limited to tires, tubes, brake pads, spokes, alkaline batteries, saddle covering, paint, mineral oil, and other lubricants);

Assembly or tune-up fees;

Costs associated with inspection, labor, packaging material, shipping of warranted products;

Damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, improper assembly, use of incompatible and non-original parts, improper maintenance, storage, and transportation, alterations, modifications, acts of God, accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, water damage, operator’s error, commercial activities, extreme or excessive riding, and other types of non-standard use;

Damage or defects resulting from an attempted repair unless performed by an authorized Coastal CruisersDealer with Coastal Cruisers’s knowledge and approval;

Damage or defects caused by flood, lightning, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, brownouts or sags (damage due to low voltage disturbances).

Services performed by an unauthorized dealer or without prior written consent of approval for warranty repairs by Coastal Cruisers.

Dirwin Bike Limited Warranty And Policy on Replacement Procedures

All Dirwin Bikes are covered under the Manufacturer's 12-month All-Inclusive Warranty against all manufacturing defects. (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service)

Warranty period

The 12-month Warranty starts when the initial owner of the bike has received it.

The Warranty is automatically registered when purchasing from the online shop. Therefore the Warranty is linked to the Initial Purchaser. The 12-month warranty starts from the moment the initial owner receives the product.

If you are selling or buying a Second-hand Dirwin Bike

The new owner can enjoy the existing warranty only if to following conditions are met:

1.The 12-month Warranty period hasn't already expired

2.You have the initial owner’s name and the initial order number.

Please make sure that you give / receive this information when dealing with second-hand Dirwin bikes

How to start the Warranty Repair or Replacement Procedure?

To be applicable for the Hassle-free Warranty and In case of Warranty issue please contact Dirwin Bike Customer Support at support@dirwinbike.com without delay. Please Include to following details to speed up the Warranty process:

Proof of purchase
Photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request.
Warranty claims will be processed by Dirwin Bike typically in a few working days.

Note that Dirwin Bike will not replace any part without first seeing photos or videos of the damaged product. The customer needs to provide us with the evidence by email.

In case of Shipping Damage

Dirwin Bike’s Hassle-Free Warranty covers all necessary replacements of parts in case the bike was damaged during delivery, or if it arrives defective or damaged without involvement from the customer.

In case of shipping damage please contact Dirwin bike at info@reallygoodebikes.com / support@dirwinbike.com without delay as Dirwin Bike will not accept any Shipping Damage Claims after 7 days from receiving the bike.

Main Categories of Hassle-Free Warranty Coverage and Limitations related to them:

1. Bike Frames
The Warranty covers a replacement frame only. Replacement must be done by an authorized Dirwin Bike engineer. The Labor fees are not included in the warranty.
Dirwin Bike reserves the right to use used frames under this warranty. Styles of Frames or colors not in stock or otherwise not available may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of Dirwin bike.

Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:

Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable
Paint fade, scratches, impact marks Impact damage
Corrosion

2. Batteries
Dirwin Bike batteries are covered by a 12-month prorated warranty.
During 12-months of service – Defective batteries will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains the same based on the original purchase date.

After the first 12-months of service new batteries will receive a prorated credit based on months of service. Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new 12-month warranty from the pro-rated purchase date.

Batteries must be assessed and found defective only by Dirwin Bike.

3. Parts & Components
Original Dirwin bike parts & components are covered by a 12-month limited warranty. With the limitations described below.

Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover

1. Ordinary wear and tear not caused by manufacturing or material defects. Wear and tear are assessed by Dirwin bike. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to: Brake Pads, Rotors, Spokes, Tires, Tubes, Chains, Chain Rings, Cassettes, Cranks, Frame, Forks, Handlebar, Seat post, Saddle, Brakes, Lights, Pedals, Rims, Wheel hub, Freewheel, Cassette, Derailleur, Shifter, Motor, Throttle, Controller, Wiring harness, LCD, Kickstand, Reflectors, and other hardware.

2. Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc)

3. Damage or deterioration of appearance or aesthetics of the product

4. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Dirwin Bike.

5. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.

6. In Cases deemed proper by Dirwin, the customer bears the freight of replacement parts and components.

7. Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the product), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electromechanical or other electrical stress.

8. Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as natural disasters, fires, floods, storms, lightning, earthquakes, or harsh weather conditions

9. Defects damage or loss of property caused thefts, blown fuses, or any improper use of any electric outlets.

10. Products that have the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.

11. Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not provided or approved by Dirwin Bike with the product in case.

12. Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a way that does not comply with Assembly Instructions and Owners Manual.

13. Products purchased or taken outside the United States.

Additional limitations concerning the Battery

This Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage if:

  • Caused by the use of a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Dirwin Battery.
  • Battery seals are broken or there is other evidence of tampering
  • The Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike that it came with.

    Eunorau Bikes Warranty

    Eunorau Bikes, a Nevada corporation (“Eunorau”), offers this Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) for the Eunorau electric bicycles ("Product“) that are bought in the U.S. or Canada on or after August 1st, 2023.

    Any bike bought and registered before this period (August 1st, 2023) is still subject to the original limited warranty.

    Eunorau requires you to register your Product right after the purchase. This will ensure your any after-sale claims to process faster and more accurately.
     
    Eunorau's 24-Month+ Warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include usual wear & tear and labor cost.

    Eunorau complimentary continues to support the Product after the Warranty as a manufacturer courtesy and may only ask for shipping costs and send replacement parts for free. Eunorau reserves the right the change this term without any confirmation from the customer.

    Eunorau's Warranty Requirements:

    1. Proof of purchase
      a. For retail purchaser, receipt or similiar document with the date of purchase and the Product name
      b. For Eunorau official website purchaser, order ID and information check. For other website, more information might be required

    2. Product Registration right after the purchase at Product Registration (eunorau-ebike.com)

    3. E-bike check-up by a Eunorau specialist or dealer after the first year of use

    4. You are the original purchaser, Warranty does not transfer to another owner

    Original Eunorau parts & components are covered by a 24-month+ Warranty.

    This Limited Warranty does not cover:

    1. Ordinary wear and tear are not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by an authorized Eunorau dealer. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
      • Brake Pads
      • Rotors
      • Spokes
      • Handlebar Grips
      • Shifter
      • Brake cables
      • Casings
      • Tires/Tubes
      • Chains
      • Chain Rings
      • Cassettes
      • Transmission gears
      • Parts are compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
      • Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
    2. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover
    3. Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress
    4. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage not caused by Eunorau
    5. The product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible
    6. Defects or damage to the products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Eunorau
    7. Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions (YouTube Video) & Manual
    8. Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or improper use of any electrical source
    9. Using a battery charger that is not intended or compatible for use with the Eunorau battery
    10. Using a battery charger improperly
    11. If any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering
    12. If the battery has been used in equipment other than the bike for which it is specified
    13. Any free gift or accessories that came with the purchase of the product

    Shipping Damage

    All shipments require the person to be present and sign off on the package during delivery, any damage you may find before can be used as a reason to decline the package.

    Damage to a Product during shipping is not covered by this Warranty. Notwithstanding such limitation, if you find problems right after delivery, notify Eunorau immediately with pictures and/or a video of the product and damaged parts.

    Do not use the product and keep everything from the original packaging and reach our after-sale team for further assistance.

    10-Year Frame Limited Warranty

    Eunorau electric bicycle frames are covered by a 10-Year replacement/repair Warranty for the original purchaser.

    This Warranty includes a replacement/repair frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized Eunorau dealer.

    Eunorau reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this Warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of Eunorau

    Frame issues that are excluded from this Warranty include but are not limited to:

    1. Corrosion
    2. Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
    3. Impact damage
    4. Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
    5. Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable
    6. Any suspension parts

    This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

    What is the procedure for resolving disputes?

    ALL DISPUTES WITH EUNORAU ARISING IN ANY WAY FROM THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR THE SALE, VALUE, CONDITION, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS MUST BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, AND NOT BY A COURT OR JURY, WITH THE SOLE EXCEPTION THAT NOTHING IN THIS PROVISION WILL PROHIBIT ANY SUCH DISPUTE FROM BEING RESOLVED AS AN INDIVIDUAL CLAIM IN A SMALL CLAIMS COURT. Any such dispute, whether arbitrated or brought in small claims court, will not be combined or consolidated with a dispute involving any other person’s or entity’s product or claim, and specifically, without limitation of the foregoing, must not under any circumstances proceed as part of a class action or collective action. It is the express intent of the parties that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only, and that the arbitrator will not have the power to award class or collective relief or to determine or order that the dispute should proceed as a class or collective action, whether in arbitration or any other forum or venue. The arbitration will be conducted before a single arbitrator, whose award must not exceed, in form or amount, the relief allowed by the applicable law. The arbitration will be conducted according to the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) rules and procedures applicable to consumer disputes (which currently may be found at www.adr.org) or, if AAA consumer dispute rules and procedures cannot, for whatever reason, be applied, then according to JAMS consumer arbitration rules and procedures or other arbitration rules and procedures appropriate for use in consumer disputes. This arbitration provision is entered under the Federal Arbitration Act, and the substantive laws of the State of Nevada, without reference to its choice of laws principles, will otherwise govern the interpretation of the Limited Warranty and all disputes that are subject to this arbitration provision. The arbitrator will decide all issues of interpretation and application of this arbitration provision and the Limited Warranty. Judgment may be entered on the arbitrator’s final award in any court of competent jurisdiction.
    This arbitration provision also applies to claims against EUNORAU’S employees, representatives, and affiliates if any such claim arises from a Product’s sale, value, condition, or performance.
    The original purchaser may opt out of this dispute resolution procedure by, no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the original purchaser’s purchase of the Product, (1) sending a notice by e-mail to info@eunorau-ebike.com, with the subject line: “Arbitration Opt Out.” The opt-out email must include (a) the original purchaser’s name and address; (b) the date on which the Product was purchased; (c) the Product model name or model number; and (d) the Product serial number (the Product serial number can be found (i) on the Product box; (ii) for Bikes, on the Bike stamped into the bottom of the frame below the bottom bracket; (iii) for Batteries, on a label on the Battery imprinted below a barcode on a metallic sticker; and/or (iv) for Batteries, engraved onto the metal Battery case) and providing the same information. This is the only form of notice that will be effective to opt out of this dispute resolution procedure. Opting out of this dispute resolution procedure will not affect the coverage of the Limited Warranty in any way.

    Severability.

    If any portion of this Limited Warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such partial illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability of the remainder of the Limited Warranty.

    Fiido Electric Bike Warranty

    Fiido warranty states:

    The warranty period for bicycle is as follows. If the customer finds non-human damage within the warranty period, we will send the replacement parts free of charge.

    After warranty period, the customer has to pay replacement parts and shipping fees. The bike which we sell are factory new regular products, all parts are the same as the original parts.

    Warranty Coverage

    6. The cost of repairing in other repair shops without the consent of the special maintenance organization.
    7. Slight scratches or damage to the outer shell caused by the logistics transportation of the accessories are not warranted.

    Green Bike Electric Motion Warranty

    Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC warrants that all new  Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC  electric Bicycles and main components therein sold by an authorized Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC retailer are warranted to the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

    This warranty pertains to any of the essential electric bicycle components that are found defective, provided that the product was used in a standard and controlled manner, and that it was maintained according to the manufacturer’s instruction manual. Essential components include the bicycle frame, electric motor, battery, display console and controller.

    If a defective part is found during the warranty period and the customer notifies us immediately, the seller will repair or replace the part based on his sole discretion. This warranty will be void if any repair or change is performed or has been performed by any third party aside from an authorized dealer or service center.

    It is expressly agreed that this warranty applies only to the cost of repair or replacement of the product and its accessories and the seller is not liable for any financial loss and / or prevention of profit and / or any consequential loss that may be caused by non-standard usage of the product. We hereby inform the buyer that Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC is not responsible for any liability that may occur which could possibly apply to the product and / or its user due to the usage of the product and that the customer alone is solely responsible for third party insurance and / or other insurance as required by the nature of the particular product. The seller is not responsible for any possible damage including bodily harm and damage to property. The warranty does not apply if any part of the product is damaged as a result of negligence, an accident, or inadequate maintenance.

    As mentioned above this warranty does not apply to the tire, spokes, brakes, rims, and other mechanical components of the bicycle.

Also, you can apply for our product warranty service if there is a performance failure during the effective warranty period.The rights and claims arising from this warranty are in addition to your statutory rights. As a matter of principle, we grant a limited warranty of 2-year or 1500 miles after receiving the order. Our e-bikes are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship as details stated below:

    Warranty exclusion


    In cases not covered by the warranty, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and replacement parts.

    • The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other misuse, normal wear or water damage.
    • Accidents or other circumstances beyond the control of the manufacturer.
    • Damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual.
    • Repairs by third parties or repairs in a workshop not authorized by the manufacturer

    Warranty Claims Process


    1. Keep the original package just in case you need to ship the item for warranty.
    2. Don’t attempt to repair or replace it by yourself before contacting us, or you may invalidate your warranty and cause additional damage.
    3. If you have any warranty claims, you must show proof of purchase. If you need to repair the ebike, please provide the serial number of the ebike (located in the head tube position of the ebike), the battery number, and take clear photos or videos of the damaged part so that we can provide appropriate advice and solutions.
    4. After 15 days of receipt and within the warranty period, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the replacement product, and the shipping cost to the customer will be borne by HJMBIKE.
    5. Our customer support team will process your warranty request in 2-3 busniess days.
    6. Warranty should be initiated via email at info@hjmbike.com.


    Shipping Damage Claims


    IMMEDIATELY inspect your product for damage. Shipping damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We only accept shipping damage claims within 3 days after receiving the product. Take pictures of any damage that is found and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete.     Leafy Bikes Warranty

    All Leafy Ebikes come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

    Magicycle Bikes Warranty

    Magicycle 2 years optional warranty states:

    All Magicycle bikes are covered under our 2-year, all-inclusive manufacturer's warranty for the owner against all manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are not covered by warranty service.)

    Warranty Period and Terms

    Only the original owner of an ebike purchased from Magicycle’s online or physical storefront is covered by this Limited Warranty.

    The Warranty Period begins upon your receipt of the ebike and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period.

    As for warranty transfer, the ebike transferee can only benefit from the warranty when both of these conditions are met:

    1. The 2-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner received it;

    2. The new owner has the initial purchaser’s name and the original order number.

    Terms of Limited Warranty

    Magicycle will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment), except in case of user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:

    Frame

    MAGICYCLE ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 2 years.

    This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges associated with transferring parts to replacement frames are not included. An authorized Magicycle service representative will determine if the frame meets the replacement standard.

    Magicycle reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at Magicycle’s discretion.

    Frame issues excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:

    1. Corrosion

    2. Paint fade, scratches, and impact marks

    3. Impact damage

    4. Non-reversible modification (such as drilling or welding)

    5. Chain guard mounted to the frame if applicable

    Batteries

    Magicycle batteries are covered by a 2-year prorated warranty.

    During the first 2 years of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery will remain unchanged from the original purchase date.

    No cash reimbursement will be made.

    Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by Magicycle only.

    This Limited Warranty does not cover:

    1. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemical exposure, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;

    2. Defects or damage caused by private modification; Disassemble the battery without the manufacturer's consent

    3. Ordinary wear and tear; Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Magicycle;

    4. Products that have the serial number or bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;

    5. The battery has not been charged for more than three months

    6. Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Magicycle for the Products;

    7. Defects or damage caused by the assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment of the Products in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner's Manual;

    8. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.

    In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from the following actions or situations:

    1. Charging with a battery charger is not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery;

    2. Using a battery charger improperly;

    3. If any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;

    4. If the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified.

    Parts & Components

    Original Magicycle parts and components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. (If more than 30 days have passed since the date of receipt of the bike, the replacement of parts within the warranty period will require shipping costs.)

    This Limited Warranty does not cover:

    1. Parts compromised by corrosion due to exposure to the elements (moisture, heat, etc.);

    2. Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product;

    3. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover;

    4. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;

    5. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Magicycle;

    6. Products with the serial number or bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;

    7. Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Magicycle for the Products;

    8. Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner's Manual;

    9. Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.

    10. Ordinary wear and tear not resulting from defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by Magicycle. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:

    ①Brake pads
    ②Rotors
    ③spokes
    ④Tires/tubes
    ⑥Chains
    ⑦Chain rings
    ⑧Cassettes
    ⑨Crank-set

    Free Repair Service & Free Replacement

    If there is a quality problem with any part of the e-bike with 2 year warranty period, and the problem cannot be solved through the assistance of the after-sales support department, we provide free repair service.

    Note:

    ①For e-bikes that have been used for more than one month, customers need to afford the return shipping fee by themselves. Customers could also choose to pay a $200 shipping fee to Magicycle, and Magicycle will provide a return label.


    ②For such cases that occur within one month after receiving the e-bikes, Magicycle will afford the round-trip shipping cost.


    ③If such problems cannot be repaired, Magicycle will provide our customer with a brand-new replacement e-bike.

    Credit Card Chargebacks

    If any ebike purchase becomes subject to a credit card chargeback in any amount, and you are still in possession of the ebike, then this Limited Warranty shall be invalidated until the credit card chargeback has been resolved.

    HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

    If you believe your Magicycle has a warranty issue, your first point of contact should be where you purchased your frame or bike. If you purchased directly from Magicycle, all claims to this warranty must be made through Magicycle and submitted to support@magicyclebike.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product is required to be submitted alongside any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, you are encouraged to contact Magicycle via support@magicyclebike.com, as there may be a simple fix for your problem that does not necessitate filing a claim. Valid warranty claims made within 2 years of the initial purchase will be processed through Magicycle.

    A deposit is required to replace the LCD display, motor, controller, and/or battery, which will be refunded in full upon receipt by Magicycle of the parts that need to be replaced.

    Magicycle will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers must provide this evidence by email.

    Attention: Magicycle will offer free components and replacement parts ( (If more than 30 days have passed since the date of receipt of the bike, the replacement of parts within the warranty period will require shipping costs), and any installation fees will not be covered by Magicycle without the after-sales team’s authorization.

    Components and replacement shipping fees depend on the size and dimensions of each package. The Magicycle team will provide a pay link for customers to pay for the shipping through email.

    No further disassembly of any part of the original bike should be done until the official support team has diagnosed that there is a problem with the part. If the customer disassembles some parts by himself or herself and then reports to the after-sales team that the part cannot be used normally, Magicycle will not be responsible for the warranty of this part in principle.Products that have been further disassembled without authorization are no longer eligible for return. Magicycle will try their best to provide repair parts and professional technical support for customers.

    Shipping Damage

    Damage to a Covered Component during shipping is not covered by this Limited Warranty, but Magicycle will replace such damaged Covered Components if you:

    Notify Magicycle through support@magicyclebike.com of a Covered Component damaged in the shipping process in 7 days.

    Provide Magicycle with a dated picture of the damaged Covered Component;

    Note any immediately recognizable damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading prior to signing off on the shipment.

    Shipping damage claims are very time sensitive and it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the ebike for damage upon receipt.

    If you choose to set up your own independent shipping methods, such as the use of a freight forwarder or other similar service, Magicycle will not replace any Covered Components damaged during such shipping method.

    No free accessories are eligible for replacement or compensation if they are scratched during transportation.

    NOTICE: We will not accept shipping damage claims filed more than 7 days after receipt of any products.

    REPAIR SERVICE

    For offline bicycle store repair services like Velotooler etc, Magicycle will only provide free replacement parts. We do not reimburse any labor costs incurred by the repair service.

    MTNBEX Electric Bikes

    MTNBEX warranty states:

    All component including store bought accessories are covered by 1-year warranty.

    The battery is covered for 2 years.

    All wearing parts are excepted. This limited warranty is void if the bicycle is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.

    To ensure that you are covered, you are required to fill in MTNBEX warranty application form.

    Nakto Ebikes Warranty

    All Nakto’s electric bicycles are covered under manufacturer's 1 year warranty for the original owner. NAKTO 1 Year Warranty includes main bike components: motor, battery, controller, throttle, brake and PAS system. Parts are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase.

    Shipping Damage Claims

    Shipping damages must be reported to NAKTO E-BIKE within 48 hours after shipments arrivals. IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept freight damage claims later than 7 days from reception of products. Note any damage to your products on the Bill of Delivery before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete.     NOT included in the warranty

    NAKTO E-bike will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged part. We will not offer warranty service to second owners. We will not replace any part damaged by the user. We will not pay for any third party service or part replacement unless agreed by NAKTO E-bike upon prior to the fix.

    This warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts after 30 days including but not limited to wheels, pedals, chain, spokes, tires, tubes, brake pads, and grips. This warranty also does not cover damages caused by not proper assembly and maintenance required by NAKTO E-bikes, including but not limited to proper adjustment of the bike after assembling, proper storage of the e-bike, proper charging of the battery and use of the e-bike. Please note that this NAKTO E-bike is not set for extreme use including contest and water wading.

    NAKTO E-bike will not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.

    Terms of warranty

    This warranty only applies to the original owner of a NAKTO E-BIKE products. This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance. NAKTO E-bike will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. In no event shall NAKTO E-BIKE be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.

    CLAIMS

    All claims to this warranty must be made through NAKTO E-BIKE.COM Proof of purchase or registered warranty card MUST be required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact our technical support service team at Email:naktousa@gmail.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through NAKTO E-BIKE within one year of initial purchase.

    QuietKat Bikes Warranty

    Every QuietKat electric bike and electric trike include a one-year, 1000-mile limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its battery, controller and motor assembly.  QuietKat frames come with a lifetime warranty.

    This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the QuietKat and is not transferable.

    This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accidents, or other improper use.

    The one-year warranty on QuietKat’s lithium-ion batteries from the date of original purchase does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

    If a component is deemed to be defective or damaged without user error or other improper use, QuietKat will assist in replacing that part.  This includes any parts deemed to have been damaged in shipping.   We will not replace any part deemed to be damaged by the user.

    In the case of a repair or parts replacement under warranty, we will work with the owner to find a local certified bicycle repair shop to make the necessary fix.  QuietKat will also cover the associated repair labor fees, only if the scope of service is agreed upon prior to the fix.   The owner may also return the unit to QuietKat to make the needed repairs, but will be responsible for shipping costs each way.

    Revi Bike Warranty

    Revi warranty states:

    We have hand-picked industry-leading components that are extremely reliable. If you find any problems with our products, refer to our warranty policy as follows;

    All components, including store-bought accessories, have a warranty of one year, while the battery has a warranty that lasts two years.

    All wearing parts are exceptions - tires, tubes, and brake pads, among others.

    All parts damaged due to personal misuse (crashes, custom builds, etc.) are exceptions.

    Warranty is valid in the Continental United States only.

    Snapcycle Manufacturer Warranty

    Snapcycle prides themselves on proudly standing behind the quality and reliability of all their products while promising you some of the best customer service experiences in the industry.

    WARRANTY PERIOD

    Snapcycle Inc. (“Snapcycle”) warrants all new Snapcycle electric bicycles and its Covered Components to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions specified herein. This limited warranty only applies to the original buyer who must be able to provide electronic proof of purchase by means of order number, email address and name used at the point of original purchase, and is not transferable to subsequent owners. During its warranty period, any defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge for the customers. However, please note that the warranty period for a repaired or replaced part remains unchanged based on the original delivery date of the ebike.

    COVERED COMPONENTS

    The components covered under this limited warranty includes frame, forks, stem, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, controller, LCD display, battery, and electrical sensors.

    BATTERY WARRANTY

    Snapcycle batteries are covered by one (1) year pro-rated warranty. If a battery is found defective or its capacity falls below 60% of its rated value within the warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge for the customers. However, the shipping cost for return is to be borne by the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original delivery date of the ebike. However, please take note to follow the instructions listed below to prevent your battery warranty from being void.

    • Do not charge it below 32 Fahrenheit, or above 105 Fahrenheit
    • Do not charge it immediately after riding your ebike. Let it cool down to ambient temperature before charging it
    • Protect your battery from water ingression
    • Charge it at least once a month

    WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

    • Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (including but not limited to tires, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain and spokes) are not covered under warranty
    • Any damage or defects to Covered Components resulting from the following causes are not covered by warranty: failure to follow instructions in the user's manual, force majeure, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, alterations and modification without written consent from Snapcycle, assembly and repair works by any unauthorized third party, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the ebike as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, or improper follow-up maintenance.
    • Any damages resulting from improper use, such as by overloading the ebike above its rated load capacity, or by raising the seatpost above its minimum insertion mark.
    • Products that are used for competition or commercial activities, including without limitation rental / lease, are not covered by this limited warranty, unless otherwise agreed by Snapcycle.
    • Any gifts or accessories that come along with the ebike free of charge are not covered by this limited warranty.
    • This limited warranty is not applicable to the sale of spare parts and accessories.
    • Any damage resulting from the use of a third-party battery charger not originally supplied by Snapcycle is not covered by warranty.
    • Snapcycle will not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the purchaser uses their own shipping option

    CLAIM PROCESS

    1. Warranty Claims

    If you suspect any component of your ebike is defective, all warranty claims must be submitted to Snapcycle via email to support@snapcycle.com . Please do not attempt to repair or replace it yourself before contacting Snapcycle, as doing so may void your warranty and cause consequential damages to your ebike, undermining its safety and reliability.

    You would need to describe in detail what issues you are facing and attach some clear photos or videos for easy understanding. Upon receiving your claims, our dedicated customer service team will firstly provide remote assistance to you via email/calls as there might be an easy fix to your problems.

    If our customer service team determines that a replacement part is needed, they will provide you with clear instructions for returning the defective parts, and receiving the replacement. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customers. It is at the full discretion of Snapcycle to determine if a defective component is covered by this limited warranty.

    2. Shipping Damage Claims

    We are confident in our product quality. However, there is a rare chance that your product(s) may get damaged during shipping. You are well advised to inspect your product(s) immediately upon receiving them. In the unfortunate event that you find any damage to your product(s), take photos from different angles, keep all packaging and paperwork, and contact Snapcycle by email at support@snapcycle.com immediately. Please take note that we will not accept shipping damage claims later than 14 days from receipt of the product(s). 

    Swell Electric Bikes Warranty

    Swell ebikes warranty states:

    All of our electric bikes come with a 2 year manufacture warranty to the original owner. This warranty covers the frame, battery, and motor. We carry all of the spare parts you might need so if there is anything wrong with your bike we will be able to get you the parts you need to get your riding again right away.

    Troxus Mobility Warranty

    Troxus Mobility warranty states:

    TROXUS provides 24 months Warranty and after-sales service to its products. This is a relatively long after-sales service time for the electric transportation industry and we do it because we have the utmost confidence in the quality of our products.

    Terms and Limitations to the 24-month warranty and after-sales service policy:
    • The 24-month service time starts from the time customer makes the order.
    • Tires and brake pads are wearable parts and are not included in the after-sales package.
    • If the issue is caused by an impact or wear caused by improper riding, it is not covered by the warranty, but we can help you with repairs. The parts needed and the related accessories are not covered by the warranty

    If your scooters or bikes have any quality problems, please feel free to contact the team at support@troxusmobility.com and send relevant photos and videos. After receiving the information, our team will diagnose the situation.
    • If natural damage occurs to the ebike, we will provide you with an after-sales plan as soon as possible. The fastest way is to mail repair parts and provide related repair videos so that you can quickly replace parts at home. Our ebikes are modular in design, and the replacement of parts is very simple. We will provide repair videos for your reference.
    • If it is not convenient for you to replace the parts by yourself, we will provide you with a repair plan and have your scooter sent to us for repair.  
    Maintaining your Scooters and ebikes
    To maintain the quality of the product, please refer to the following suggestions:
    • It is best to use the scooter or ebike at least once a month to avoid damaging the battery.
    • Check the screws regularly and make sure they are tight.
    • Do not place the scooter or ebike close to a fire, areas with excessive humidity, etc.
    • Please follow the instructions when using the products.
    Returns and Refunds

    WARRANTY POLICY

    Two-Year Warranty:

    We provide a 2-year warranty on Velowave electric bikes frame.

    One-Year Warranty:

    A 1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, lights)

    Apart from manufacturing defects that could be present, parts that wear due to normal use (such as tires, brake pads, chains, etc) are not included in the warranty but may be replaced on a case-by-case basis within the first 60 days. We shall not be liable if you install, operate, clean, or maintain your Ebike without following the owners' manual instructions. Misuse, abuse, alteration, and natural disasters are not included in this warranty.

    RETURN POLICY

    Velowave Team hopes that you love your new e-bike, but we also want you to be fully satisfied. Any purchase made through Velowave may be canceled before the order is shipped. Once the order shipment will be subject to our return policy, as detailed below.

    Modify or Cancel Order:

  • Any changes that you make regarding shipping once the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences may delay your receipt of the Products and replacement Products and/or refunds.

  • If you need to change the color and size of your bike, switch the accessories on your order, or if you ordered the wrong product, we are here to help. It is our goal to make sure any mistakes or changes to your order are corrected before shipment occurs.

  • It is also not possible for us to change the color or size if the bike is in transit - refusing the package due to color or size will be treated as a return and fees will apply. You will be responsible for paying for shipping both ways ($120+$120) and will be subject to a $50 restocking fee.

  • All cancellations need to be done by email to the Velowave service department. The customers cannot cancel the order by phone. The customers will receive a notification email after the order has been canceled successfully. Otherwise, the cancellation of the order was unsuccessful.

  • Pre-Orders and Backorders and Pre-Order/Backorder Cancellations. Our backorder process is for e-bikes that have already been available but are temporarily out of stock. For all pre-orders and backorders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.

  • Return Order:

    • Refused Shipments:

    You will be responsible for paying for shipping both ways ($120+$120) and will be subject to a $50 restocking fee. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method.

    • Dead on Arrival (DOA):

    Damage due to shipping/delivery, missing items. 

    If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete, or in need of replacement parts, contact Velowave customer care at support@velowavebikes.com within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.

    Missing Item(s), Wrong Item(s) or Incorrect Package Sent

    Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check the contents before signing for the package.

    For any issues, please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:

    1. Contact our Support Center with your order number and the product.
    2. Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.
    • Possible Solutions:

    - If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.

    - If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). Velowave will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee when we receive it.

    • Customer Return/14-Day Return for Bike

    For returns not due to product quality problems. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the delivery date to return new and unused items after receiving your eBike to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the customer must meet the terms instructed below:

    • The e-bike must be under ten (10) miles on the odometer
    • Must be in like-new condition and free from dirt, dust, or fragrances
    • Must be in the original same packaging (all cardboard and foam) and condition that you received it
    • Must include all items that were included inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.)

    You will be responsible for paying for shipping both ways ($120+$120) and will be subject to a $50 restocking fee. 

    • Accessories return:

    Any purchase of accessories or receipt of a replacement part under the Limited Warranty shall be eligible for return within thirty (30) days of receipt. Any returned accessory or replacement part must be unused, free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use, and must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and condition in which you received it. You will be responsible for paying for shipping both ways and will be subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.

    • Non-returnable/non-refundable Items:

    1. For an e-bike that has been delivered for more than 14 days or used for more than 10 miles, we do not accept returns anymore and follow our warranty policy.

    2. Used Products, batteries, special orders, sale items, and gifted orders shall not be returnable except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction covered by our warranty, and then only after receipt of our approval for the return.

    How to return:

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at support@velowavebikes.com. Please reach out to us with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any warranty issues must be resolved before processing a return.

    Refund:

    Please understand that any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value, whether you return one e-bike or multiple e-bikes. Refunds will be made after the E-bike is received and inspected.

    After receipt, returned items will be inspected and a refund will be applied within 5 business days after receiving the product.

    We only accept returns from purchases made directly through our website (www.velowavebikes.com). If you’ve purchased through an authorized dealer, please contact them directly.

    If you haven’t received a refund after 2 days of approval, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at  support@velowavebikes.com

    X-Treme Manufacturer Warranty

    ELECTRIC BICYCLE WARRANTY

    12 Month (ONE YEAR) Warranty & Lifetime Frame Warranty models (Effective June 1st, 2018):

    X-Treme offers a standard ONE Year limited warranty against manufacturer defect and workmanship on bicycle & scooter components and a Lifetime frame warranty of all X-Treme Bicycles that are purchased directly from X-Treme or an X-Treme authorized Dealer.

    X-Treme bicycle frames are warrantied for the lifetime of the bicycle with the original purchaser.  This warranty is for the frame only.  X-Treme does not cover any labor charges for transfer of bicycle components from original frame to replacement frame.  Replacement frame may be from X-Treme scratch & dent stock.   Frame replacement is for manufacturer defect only.   This warranty excludes corrosion, paint fade or scratches, impact marks or damage, modifications by purchaser, misuse and act of God. 

    Original purchase receipt is required to establish proof of purchase and establish warranty start date.  Your warranty begins the day the bicycle is delivered to you or purchased from a storefront.  This warranty covers manufacturer defects and defaults only. All components are warrantied until the end of the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty Period. If you receive your replacement part within the last month of the warranty, your replacement part will be warrantied for 30 Days from delivery of the replacement part.

    We may request some parts be returned for replacement. The cost to return those parts is the responsibility of the purchaser. We will pay for standard shipping service costs on the first & second warranty shipments to the purchaser. Any additional warranty parts will require the customer to pay all shipping costs.

    Your warranty will be void if any modifications are made to the original design of the bike. Warranty is non-transferable and we will NOT offer a warranty on any products purchased from second hand sellers, non-authorized Dealers, products that are purchased used or products that are purchased via outlet centers. X-Treme will, however, offer free lifetime technical support access on these products & if parts are needed those parts may be purchased direct from X-Treme.

    What is not covered by Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty?

    We do not cover normal wear and tear on any components.  Parts such as brake pads, spokes, hand grips, cables and housing, tires, tubes, and chains will not be warrantied unless defect or damage upon arrival.  

    We do not cover scratch, dents or other cosmetic damage not caused by X-Treme.

    We do not cover components that are compromised due to corrosion due to elements (moisture, water, heat, etc.)

    We do not cover defect or damaged parts from failure to follow instructions in owner’s manual, improper assembly, acts of God, misuse, neglect, improper storage, commercial use, alterations to the bikes original design or components, modifications with parts not sold by X-Treme, operator error resulting in accident, extreme or stunt riding, or improper maintenance & upkeep. 

    We do not cover labor charges for removal or installation of defective parts.   Warranty is for replacement parts only.

    12 Month (ONE YEAR) Battery Limited Warranty

    We offer a full ONE Year limited warranty on all bicycle batteries to the original purchaser.  Your battery is warranted for any manufacturer defect in material or workmanship. The battery will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Original proof of purchase is required to establish proof of purchase and warranty effective date.   Warranty begins the day the bicycle is delivered to you or purchased from a storefront. 

    X-Treme requires that defective batteries be returned to us for repair or exchange. X-Treme does not pay the shipping fees to return the batteries to us however we will pay to ship the batteries back to you. 

    Battery Warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper care, charging and maintenance, using a charger not supplied by X-Treme, damage resulting from power surges or water damage.

    Wheel Truing

    If your bike arrives with a wheel out-of-true (not sufficiently straight or round) due to shipping damage or manufacturer defect we agree to reimburse you for the cost to get your wheel trued, not to exceed $40.00/wheel. All the below requirements MUST be met in order to qualify for this reimbursement:

    1.You must notify us within 5-days of receiving your bike.

    1. You must provide a video of the rim showing that the wheel is not true.
    2. The video must show the rim spinning, not just the tire.
    3. You must provide us with a receipt indicating that the wheel has been trued. 

    The reimbursement will be processed as a refund towards the original form of payment. If you purchased from one of our many national dealerships the refund will be processed to your dealer. The dealership will then be responsible for processing your reimbursement.

    How to Submit a Warranty Claim

    Tickets are answered in the order received.  Your initial posting puts you in line for the next technician to assist you.  Should you add additional posts to your ticket prior to a technician responding, your ticket will be placed at the end of the line.  To ensure a prompt response, please do not post/reply to your ticket prior to the technician responding to you. Technical Support Hours Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm PST.

    SHIPPING DAMAGE

    Should your item arrive with damage that is a direct result of the assigned shipping carriers mishandling, we will replace those damaged parts free of charge under warranty as long as the damage is reported immediately after delivery and the necessary photos are provided (see below). In the event that the damage is determined to be extensive, (digital photos will be required by email), at X-Treme’s discretion and after careful consideration, we may arrange to have the item picked up and returned to X-Treme for free replacement. X-Treme will provide technical support via phone or through our Support Help Desk to assist customers with the replacement of parts but will not pay labor charges to install such parts.

    Required Photos for Damage Claim

    - A photo of the packaging material used inside box (e.g. bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, cardboard dividers, etc.)

    - A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (please zoom in enough to read the tracking number which usually begins with 1Z)

    - Two photos displaying all 6 sides of the package (1 photo should display the top and 2 sides, the 2nd photo should display the bottom and the opposite sides).

    Freight Deliveries

    Please inspect the item for any visible damages upon delivery as any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt in order to be eligible for damage claims. Do not refuse the shipment. Please notify our Customer Service Department immediately after delivery if damage has occurred.

    LIFETIME TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

    Lifetime technical support is provided to each customer that purchases an X-Treme Bicycle. If you would like to speak to a technician by phone, include your phone number on the ticket and request the technician to contact you. Tickets are answered in the order received. Your initial posting puts you in line for the next technician to assist you. Should you post to your ticket prior to a technician responding, your ticket will be placed at the end of the line. To ensure a prompt response, please do not post/reply to your ticket prior to the technician responding to you.

    X-Treme Scooters and it's Distributors are not responsible for the proper or improper use of merchandise sold. We care about our customers and urge you to exercise caution and take necessary safety measures to protect yourself while engaging in cycling. We encourage, beg, and plead that you wear a helmet and use appropriate lighting while riding at night regardless of the legal requirements in your particular state. Potential customers, you should check with your local law enforcement agency before purchasing about age requirements for riding our electric bicycles. Some states may have laws restricting the use of these items on public streets. Generally, all states allow them on private property such as campgrounds, parks, etc....but many states have age requirements. Most states require helmets and protective equipment to be worn by certain age children. Please always bike safely. Know your laws before you go biking. We will not take back a bicycle if you find your laws do not permit your child to ride it. Check first.

    ***Colors may vary slightly from the actual product due to photographic lighting and computer monitors/phone screens displaying colors differently.  We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.  Also, paint is mixed at the time of production and although our factory tries to make each batch identical it may vary slightly than previous batches.   We are not liable for these slight differences.
