As a Really Good Ebikes customer, you will enjoy a lifetime of customer service and support, regardless of the status of any warranty period. Said another way, if you buy an ebike from us, we will always be there for you.
All electric bikes sold by Really Good Ebikes are eligible for our Extended Warranty Protection against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
The Extended Warranty Period covers the one (1) year period after the expiration date of the original manufacturers' warranty, in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
The rights and claims arising from this Extended Warranty Protection are in addition to your statutory rights. Only the original owner of the ebike is covered by Extended Warranty Protection. The Extended Warranty Period begins the day after the manufacturer warranty expires, and shall end one (1) year thereafter or immediately upon any sale or transfer of the ebike to another person.
The Really Good Ebikes Extended Warranty Protection covers the replacement of bicycle components with those of the original manufacturer, or equivalent. This includes the lithium-ion battery, motor, controller, throttle, wire harness, frame, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, LCD display, kickstand, and the reflector (“Covered Component(s)”).
Extended Warranty Protection of the battery does not include damage from use of a non-original charger, improper maintenance, exposure to extreme heat or cold, normal wear or water damage.
The Covered Component(s) are warranted to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during the Warranty Period.
Not Covered by Extended Warranty Protection
Normal wear and tear of any Covered Component(s).
Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (such as tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and their housing, grips, chains, or spokes).
Any damage or defects to Covered Component(s) resulting from failure to follow instructions in the ebike owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the ebike as sold, operator error, water damage, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance.
The battery is not warranted from damage resulting from use of an improper charger, improper maintenance, exposure to extreme heat or color, normal wear or water damage.
All Extended Warranty Protection claims must be submitted in writing, by email, and include the customer name, order number, and photos and or videos of the Covered Component(s) for which the claim is being filed. Send claim emails to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our technical support team evaluate the claim, and determine the best method for resolving the issue to your satisfaction. If replacement parts are not readily available from the original equipment manufacturer, then equivalent replacement parts may be provided to satisfy the claim.

All products are shipped free within the Contiguous US via UPS, FedEx or similar carrier. Shipping to AK, HI and PR may incur additional charges.
