Snapcycle R1 Pro Fat Tire Ebike Description
This R1 Pro from Snapcycle can definitely handle its own. It's stylish, durable and is built with top-of-the-line parts. The R1 Pro comes in this mountain bike frame as well as a step-thru.
Automatic Start
The automatic start of your bicycle, when you step on the pedals, is due to the specific calibration of the torque sensor. The sensor is designed to have a very sensitive start-up reaction, meaning it doesn't require a full pedal rotation before the motor kicks in. The R1 Pro, in particular, supports uphill starts with motor power syncing perfectly with pedal force, and there is no delay.
The unique feature of the torque sensor is that the motor output is directly related to the pedal force. When you pedal harder, the motor outputs more power, and when you pedal lightly, it gives less power.
Effortless Climbs
The torque sensor with high sensitivity emphasizes the instant start-up feature, allowing for a quick start in uphill scenarios by simply releasing the brake, offering a smooth and responsive control feel for riding.
750W Brushless Geared Hub Motor
With 750W sustained, 1200W peak power and 85Nm of torque at your disposal, the high-speed brushless geared hub motor can help you conquer the most rugged terrains easily.
48V 20Ah Samsung Lithium-Ion Battery
Our batteries are rated 48V-20Ah and are made of premium Samsung or LG cells, which are renowned for their long lifespans and excellent performance. With each charge, you'll get to enjoy up to 60 miles of range on pedal-assist mode, and around 30 miles on pure electric power mode.
Hydraulic 160mm Disc Brake
The sensitive dual-piston hydraulic brake system comes with metal-ceramic brake pads, and 160mm front and rear disc rotors. It also has automatic caliper centering features and can provide smooth and effective braking even in the harshest conditions.

Life Changing
Love this bike. It has really been a life changing experience since I sold my car. I was a bit worried that there would be days where I wouldn't be able to ride due to rain or that I might be too tired after work etc. Much to my surprise that hasn't happened, I look forward to riding regardless of the weather. This bike is designed and built to maintain a comfortable ride no matter the terrain. I only wished I had checked the recommended rider height before buying, it was a little too short than what I was accustomed to, but this was easily fixed with a seat extender.

Amazing Fat-Tire Electric Mountain Ebike
I am very impressed with the build quality and specifications of the R1 from Snapcycle. I have ridden this fat tire electric mountain bike on smooth pavement and rough trails, and the performance was excellent. It has a lot of power, the brakes stop with authority, shifting is smooth, and the electronic operations are highly intuitive. My experience shopping for this bike was also impressive. Steve was super informative and helped me find this bike. I should mention that after I got the R1 for myself, I ordered the R1 Step-thru for my wife, and she just loves it.

I Highly Recommend
This bike has been a great investment. I take this bike on off-road trails 90% of the time and it's keeping up great. Recommended to anyone looking for a daily commuter or a fun weekend rider.

Fun! Fun! Fun!
This is my 1st ebike and I love it. Sturdy and good quality. It makes long rides so much fun. I actually bought this to share with my wife but I use it so much that we’ll likely buy the step-thru model for her.
