Front Hydraulic Suspension Fork

Even though fat tire bikes are meant to handle rough terrain, the vibration of the frame can be tiring, so having a good front shock is a good thing. The Rover is outfitted with a hydraulic suspension fork, making your ride more stable and more comfortable. It reduces excessive vibration to the handlebars, increasing your comfort level while riding on rough roads and trails.

All-Terrain Kenda Fat Tires

The Velowave Rover is outfitted with 26" x 4.0" Kenda brand fat tires. The wider tire width provides more surface area contact with the ground, which improves stability and traction while riding, especially on uneven surfaces.

These tires have rugged knobby treads, which further improve grip. Fat tire ebikes are ideal for off-road riding, where the riding surface has loose gravel or dirt, is heavily rutted, or strewn with roots and branches. You can also vary the inflation of the fat tire, pumping them up for hard surfaces, and letting some are out to create more cushion when riding off-road.

Shimano 7-Speed Drivetrain

The Rover is outfitted with a Shimano 7-speed mechanical drivetrain, which allows you to ride like a conventional bike with the motor turned off. You can use the right-side twist shifter to move through the gears while riding in PAS mode or while using the throttle. The shifting is smooth and helps you adjust the riding speed for different types of road conditions. 

High-Luminance Headlight

The bright 48V 10W LED headlight provides a safer and more enjoyable environment for night riding. Easy riding day and night.

Hydraulic Disc Brakes System 

The front & rear hydraulic disc brakes provide very responsive and powerful braking, increasing your safety while riding the Rover. Especially suitable for people with less strength or beginners, these brakes can easily stop this e-bike with a light pull of the brake lever.

Multifunctional Color Display

The multifunctional color display shows power assist level, battery indicator, riding speed, and mileage data. It allows you to better control your riding stats and helps you to achieve better exercise results. The thumb throttle control is also generally considered a safer option, especially for inexperienced riders.

6061 Aluminum Durable Step-Thru Frame

This fat tire electric bike features an aluminum alloy step-thru frame with an integrated downtube battery. While heavy-duty in its construction, this frame is also very good looking and easy to get on and off of.

This step-thru design is ideal for casual rides and commuting to work, providing comfort and style with every ride. The swept-back handlebars provide a neutral wrist position and create an upright posture that is comfortable and easy to see.
