Fiido T1 Pro Description

There are a lot of cargo ebikes on the market today, but the Fiido T1 Electric Cargo Bike is superior in a number of important ways. Keep reading and find out why the Fiido T1 is our top-selling fat tire electric cargo bike.

The Fiido T1 Pro features a stiff and lightweight aluminum alloy frame, with a low step-over height and an upright riding posture. The rear rack is welded to the frame for extra ruggedness, and it includes a wood platform and pannier bag attachment points. The frame also provides easy access to the seat tube-mounted battery, attachments for the front basket (included) and water bottle bosses. It has a maximum payload capacity of 330 lbs.

The Fiido T1 Pro comes with 20" x 4.0" fat tires with blade rims, which not only look awesome but will allow you to enjoy off-road trail riding adventures as much as the urban jungle. The Fiido T1 Pro can basically go anywhere you want to take it; and with its very long-range battery, you will have the power to get back home. These fat tires provide a great amount of cushioning, traction and stability. 

The Fiido T1 Pro is outfitted with a 7-speed Shimano drivetrain, so you can ride it like a conventional bike, shifting gears as needed based on terrain and how much effort you want to put into pedaling under human power alone. But when you need a boost, get ready for a wild ride, because the T1 Pro sports a 750W (nominal output) rear hub motor, which has the power to get you up some of the steepest hills and to a top assist speed of over 28 mph. You can use the motor to help when pedaling, by engaging the 3-level pedal assist system (PAS), or you can simply give the right-side thumb throttle a push, and off you go, no pedaling required. This motor is paired with a long-range 48V/20Ah easy-access battery which can be pulled off the bike for remote charging. 

And still, there's more that sets the T1 pro above all the competition. It has ergonomic grips, a giant LED headlight with low and high beams, front and rear fenders, a suspension seat post, a sprung gel saddle, front hydraulic shocks with lockouts, and even an electric horn. All for an incredible price that you can't beat.

Fiido T1 Upgrades

In October 2022, Fiido received reports of faulty T1 Model frames from US customers.  It was discovered that a certain type of welding defect was found in a small number of their T1s caused by human errors in their manufacturing process. This has led to significant upgrades to the design of the frame.

Upgrades to the Fiido T1 Pro model include:

1. An upgraded frame that is not only strengthened from the outside, but also from the inside with a stiffener inserted to make it extra endurable. It is an overkill but Fiido did it anyway.

2. The Seatpost was lowered to better fit users of different heights.

3. A full set of hydraulic disc brakes is installed, a significant upgrade from the mechanical disc brakes. Also, the brake pads were strengthened to increase their life spans.

4. Better riding experience from improved pedal assist and throttle modes, which smoothens the acceleration and lowers the sense of jerkiness.

5. Reduced the rear rack's width so that more accessories can be installed.

Fiido will keep to their promises that:

1. All T1s (including those in stock and the replacements) will enjoy a 5-year warranty from Fiido for the frame from now on.

2. If any of the new T1s suffers from a frame-breaking issue under normal use conditions, Fiido will compensate the customer with $10,000. No questions asked. They are confident in the upgraded T1 and are sure that no one will have the need to claim this.
