Velowave Ghost 500 MTB3 Description

The Velowave Ghost 500 MTB3 is an affordable electric mountain bike, perfect for your next off-road riding adventure. This model is equipped with 27.5" x 2.35" mountain bike tires, which are well-suited for taller riders. It has a strong 500W rear hub motor, which can reach speeds of up to 25 mph.

The Ghost 500 features a 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum alloy frame, color LCD display, adjustable hydraulic suspension fork, and other components usually found on much more expensive models.

Hydraulic Suspension Fork

The Ghost 500 is equipped with an adjustable, aluminum alloy hydraulic front shock adding comfort when riding on uneven surfaces and less-than-ideal road conditions. To ensure your safety, the ebike's front wheel is equipped with safety washers that will prevent the wheel from falling off. 

Powerful 500W Rear Hub Motor

Equipped with a 500W (nominal output) rear hub motor, the Ghost 500 provides robust power and climbing capabilities, and provides assisted speeds of up to 25 mph. These features enable it to be a go-anywhere electric bike, whether for daily commute or hard trails the Ghost will take you anywhere you desire.

You can ride the Ghost 500 like a conventional bike, using the 7-speed Shimano drivetrain. But when you need a boost, just turn on the 5-level pedal assist system (PAS) or give the throttle a push, and you will be amazed at how much power you get from this motor.

Multifunctional TFT Color LCD Display

This TFT multifunctional color Display functions include speed data, assist level, battery Indicator and mileage display. The color screen LCD display enables easy reading day and night.

The LCD display of your riding speed and mileage data helps you to better control your riding status and to achieve better exercise results.

Removable Lithium Battery w/ LG Cells

The Ghost 500 comes with a 48V/15Ah downtube-integrated lithium-ion battery with LG cells. It will allow you to cover a range of 25-40+ miles per full charge. This waterproof battery can be charged on or off the bike, and with the fast charger included, it can be charged to about 80% in 4 hours, and fully charged in 8 hours.

Shimano 7-Speed Drivetrain

You can ride the Ghost 500 like a regular bike, shifting gears to adjust the maintain a comfortable pedaling cadence. The 7-speed Shimano drivetrain provides accurate and smooth shifting throughout its range.

Streamlined Frame Design

The Velowave Ghost 500 ebike frame is constructed with 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum alloy, with an integrated battery, controller and wire harness. This design contributes to a streamlined look and aerodynamics of the bike.
