The Fat-HD was designed and engineered around the unparalleled power and performance of the Bafang BBSHD 1000W engine. This motor is preferred by bowhunters for its quiet operation and incredible output. The Fat-HD also features a highly sensitive torque and cadence sensing assist, which measures vehicle speed, ensuring precise control of the bike while achieving the highest possible mid-motor efficiency.
The new Bafang mid-drive electric motor looks similar to other mid-drive electric bicycle motors from Bosch, Panasonic and Brose, but it's a next generation ebike motor like no other. Don't be fooled by the 1,000W nominal motor output specification; under the hood, the Bafang motor is capable of pulling 1,600W from the battery using its stock settings.

What cells does the battery use? It says samsung but I just want to verify
Eunorau tries to use Samsung or other name brand cells in its battery packs, but due to ongoing supply chain shortages, comparable cells may be substituted.

What is the weight of the second battery? (I see there are 16AH and 21AH options for it.)
The 48V/16Ah battery weighs just over 10 lbs, and the 48V/20Ah battery weights just over 11 lbs.

What comes on the base model fat hd for options?
The Fat-HD comes standard with a 1000W BBSHD mid-drive motor, hydraulic disc brakes, and a long-range 48V/15.6Ah downtube-integrated battery. Fenders, headlight and rear rack are included. There are options for a second battery, as well as an extra 27.5" x 3" plus size wheel set (in addition to ther 26" x 4" fat tire wheel set that comes with the bike).

What is the minimum seat height? I am 5'2"
The minimum seat height is 34.5". This bike might be a little too large for you to ride comfortably.

Do you offer the 21AH Battery upgrade for the EUNORAU Fat HD? If you do how much is it and do you have the grey bikes in stock, ready to ship. I’m ready to buy.
There is no battery upgrade option for the Fat-HD, but I should note that 15.6Ah is a high-capacity battery. On average, it should give you up to 40 miles of assistance. The Fat-HD begins shipping at the end of May, but pre-orders are highly encouraged, as it is expected to sell out quickly.

Is there an upgrade battery for my eunorau fat hd fat tire mountain ebike,if so will it give my 1000 w bike more power and why
There are battery upgrade options. You could get a higher-capacity battery (48V/17Ah) which will give you a longer range, or you could buy a second battery, and swap them out as needed (never being without a charged battery). These upgrades, however, will not give your motor more power.

Just what I was looking for...
First off, a huge thanks goes out to Steve from Really Good Ebikes (RGE). Every phone call and every email was answered promptly and clearly. One benefit that may go unnoticed (hopefully one you will never need) is that he will go to bat for you with these ebike companies if something is wrong with your bike. This in my eyes is huge. A lot of these companies are based over seas so there is an obvious language barrier that can become infuriating; especially if your having an issue. There's no need to explain that further... I am sure most people have been there. Now my review for the bike. I am 5'11" 275 lbs and this bike handles like a dream. This bike is my main hunting rig and gets me through some crappy trails and terrain with absolutely no issues. I even towed a 200 lb friend in a trailer without the bike breaking a sweat. The only issue I can think of is the front fender. It's loud and clunky going through the woods and sticks tend to get wedged in between the tire and its underbelly. This is a simple fix... just don't put it on. Testing range: With my weight and the 15.6ah battery, using nothing but throttle. I got 15 miles with 1 yellow bar left on the Dorado battery pack (there's 2 more red bars under that). Around 11 miles were on the road (NJ country roads with moderate hills), the remainder was through the woods down trails and furrows. The bike and I weigh a hefty 350+ lbs together, so I am happy with those results. If you want longer throttle only range, I would definitely recommend the 25ah one.. this will be my next purchase.

Happy Hubby
I purchased this electric bike on the advice of Steve (the owner of RGE) and we couldn't be happier. My husband uses it instead the ATV to ride around our 30-acre property, mending fences and doing other properly management activities.
