Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. The email include the details of the order, and is your record that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we contact our suppliers to confirm that the selected items are in stock and available for immediate shipment.

Some suppliers, such as Prodecotech and Fifield, build to order, so upon notification that an order has been received, they will assemble the bike and then ship it, usually 7-10 days. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you by email or phone, and see if you want to cancel the order and change it for a different item or items. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within five (5) business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five (5) business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided at checkout.

All products are shipped via UPS or FedEx, and require signature for delivery. If the package arrives damaged, do not accept it. Ask the driver retain possession of the package and contact us immediately.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. DO NOT ACCEPT SIGN FOR AND ACCEPT SHIPMENT ON CLEARLY DAMAGED ITEMS. If you notice any damage to the box in which the item(s) are shipped, you should let the delivery person know and take photographs of the damaged areas, you should make note of it when opening the package to conduct inspection. If you item(s) do arrived damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY. Call Really Good Ebikes immediately, and please send photos toinfo@reallygoodelectricbikes.com.

ALL warranty communication is between the customer and the manufacturer for genuine issues of workmanship or defect within the warranty period, and the supplier will repair or exchange AT THEIR DISCRETION. If the customer has not opened/used the item, and it can still be sold as new, the item is to be returned to the supplier and Really Goods LLC will refund them once the supplier determines the salability of the item.

Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final. At the discretion of Seller, orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a 38% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the Buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
