The first step in the process is to find the product you want to purchase. Once you are on the Product Page, and you're sure that it's the perfect product to meet your needs, you will want to add the product to your Shopping Cart.
If there are options to choose from, like frame color or battery size, these will be displayed on the product page below the listed price. If an option is not available, it will be shown as such when you select that option.
Then simply click Add to Cart to begin the checkout process.
Once you click Add To Cart, you will be taken to the Shopping Cart Page, where you will see your order and see some of the different payment options available. There is a box where you can add Order Notes (e.g., delivery after a specified date). We we see these order notes when you place your order, and process your order accordingly.
The Shopping Cart Page also includes links to different payment methods you can use, including all major Credit Cards, PayPal and various Crypto Currencies (Bitcoin, Litecoin, and ETH).
If you want to pay by any of these methods, click the appropriate box. If you want to pay be credit card or with a credit card, debit card or Klarna Financing, just click the Checkout Button.
Once you click the Checkout Button, it will take you to the first checkout page, where you will enter your shipping information. Remember, if you are having your eBike shipped to a local bike shop for assembly, you will enter the bike shop address here. Once you add all the shipping information, including your telephone number, click the box that says Continue To Shipping Method.
The next page will show that Free Shipping has been automatically applied to your order, and you can verify or change your Contact and Ship To information here as well. Now, all you need to do is click Continue to Payment Method.
As you can see in the footer on our website, we offer a number of convenient methods of payment, including 2 different financing options (PayPal and Klarna).
In the final step of the Checkout Process, you will be presented with all of the various payment methods available, including credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, PayPal (including financing with PayPal), financing with Klarna, and even CoinBase (BitCoin). Select the Payment Method that you would like to use.
At the bottom of the Payment Method Page, there will be a place where you can indicate if the Billing Address is the same or different than the Shipping Address, and if it is different, you will be taken to a place to enter that address.
And finally, you will want to click Complete Order, so that we can receive your order and start the process of fulfillment.
That's it. Once you complete your order online, you will receive an immediate confirmation email with all the details of your order.

To get your video posted, it must be well-lit, without distracting background noise, and clearly showing you go through the process of unboxing and assembling your new eBike.
Make sure to place your camera on a steady surface, use a tripod, or have a friend film you. Take as much time as you need, and feel free to describe the process as you assemble your new eBike. When finished, simply upload your video to YouTube, then send us a link to the video along with your order number.
Once we receive your video, we will review it to make sure it covers the complete assembly process, from unboxing the product to getting ready for your first ride. We will then refund you at least $25, and up to $100 if we place the video on a corresponding product page.
